PAYMENT

How can I make payment?
You can pay through PayFlex, which offers a “pay now” or “pay later” option. You can register for a Payflex account via checkout or on the Payflex website. For more information visit: payflex.co.za

Why have I not received my payment confirmation email?
You will receive your payment confirmation email once we have received your payment. If you have not received your confirmation email yet, you can check your Order History under your BuddiShop account profile to make sure your payment has been processed successfully.

Why is my coupon not working?
Coupons have specific terms and conditions regulating when and how they may be used – this may include minimum spend, qualifying products and the expiry date. Please contact us for more information on your coupon.

DELIVERY

When can I expect my delivery?
Delivery takes places 2-5 days from date of successful order. A successful order is an order that has been paid in full. You will receive updates via SMS or email on the status of your order and delivery.

What delivery address should I use?
Please ensure you give the correct physical address as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. The courier company reserves the right to recover costs of re-delivery if you provide them with an incomplete or incorrect address.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are automatically calculated during checkout. Delivery to all areas is R69.00 per order. All orders over R600.00 do not incur a delivery fee.

COVID-19 Precautions
In line with government regulations, buddishop and our partners have enhanced hygiene and sanitisation for all our people and within all operations, from the warehouse to deliveries. 

We have established regular cycles of sanitisation and disinfection of all workplaces, warehouses and equipment.

  • All inbound and outbound stations are sanitised 3 times per day: on arrival, after lunch and when leaving.
  • All staff wear masks at all times, including our drivers.
  • We require all our customers to wear masks when accepting deliveries.
  • We have implemented “hands free” delivery options.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my product?

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is in a 100% re-saleable condition i.e. intact, unused, undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories.

What if my product is incorrect or delivered damaged?
If the incorrect product is delivered to you, or if a product is damaged during delivery, please contact us and collection will be arranged. If the correct product is available, it will be delivered to you. Alternatively, you will be refunded in full.

What if I receive a defective product?
Defective products will be assessed individually by the supplier once the product has been returned in the condition referred to above (see Can I return my product?).

Replacement of a defective product will be determined by the nature of the fault:

  • Faults are the result of normal wear and tear.
  • Faults are the result of negligence, user abuse or incorrect use of the product.
  • Faults are caused by electric surges or corrosion.
  • Faults are the result of unauthorised use of the product.
